Terms of Service

GENERAL
1. I have the right to decline orders that are beyond my skill set or I'm uncomfortable of doing.
2. If you want something, be specific.
3. If you're unsure on what to order, that's okay! Let me know and we can get the creative juices going!
4. Credit me if you are going to post the story ANYWHERE.
5. Progress updates are more than welcome! You can also view trello for your spot on the queue.PAYMENTS
1. If order is placed on VGen, payments will be made through VGen only!
2. Local customers can pay through GCash/Bank Transfers.REVISIONS
1. You can have two FREE major revisions for the story, but ONLY during the outline writing phase.
2. After the final draft has been sent, you can request minor revisions of only 100-200 words worth for FREE.
3. Anything above said agreements would be an additional $5 for every 500 words (international) and 200php for every 500 words worth of revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
For orders that needs research, 2-4 days (on top of delivery days) are alloted for study! Especially for OCs or Fandoms I'm not a part of.PAYMENTS & FEES
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 25% applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.USE
1. Personal use is free! If you're posting it on your socials, remember to tag and credit me properly!
2. Commercial/Merchandise use has an additional $100 fee.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. I, the writer, retain all rights to the commissioned story.
2. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the story itself.
3.You are NOT allowed to feed my written work to any Generative AI.
4. You are NOT allowed to claim my work as your own.I may use the commissioned work to:
a) Promote myself and my services.
b) Post on social media and in my portfolio.Exceptions: If an NDA was purchased, the commissioned work will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
1. No refunds will be provided unless I was not able to deliver your story in the agreed delivery date.
2. I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
3. You may cancel before payment is made.
4. Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the commission.
5. Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.FINAL AGREEMENT
